First Bite
First Bite is Boulder County’s annual restaurant week event. It happens every year in mid-November. More than 50 local restaurants participate with a three-course prix fixe meal offered to patrons. In 2020, First Bite produced a cookbook called A Bite of Boulder to raise funds for Boulder’s restaurant industry during the global pandemic.
