Opened in 2018, Acova is a restaurant located in Denver’s LoHi neighborhood, bearing vintage flair and contemporary charm that threads the past into the future. Its name (Cova means nest in Italian) pays homage to its South Broadway sibling restaurant The Hornet, while tipping a cap to its storied Italian predecessor Patsy’s.
