Les Dames d’Escoffier (Colorado Chapter)

The Colorado chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier is a diverse collective of forward-thinking and successful female leaders in the food, beverage, hospitality, nutrition and agricultural fields whose mission is to support education and philanthropy in those fields.

We grant scholarships to aspiring professional women in food, beverage, and hospitality, as well as celebrate and support Colorado women-led businesses. We strive to be a positive influence in our community and to provide opportunities for others to be equally influential and respected in their personal and professional communities.

The Big Stir Festival is an annual event which celebrates Colorado women in the food, beverage, hospitality, nutrition and agriculture sectors. VIP Leadership Awards are presented to 10 local culinary-industry leaders, followed by a walk-around tasting of food, wine, spirits, non-alcoholic drinks, and seminars.
