Opened in 1995, Rags is an eclectic Boulder-based consignment shop that offers four full seasons of dependable mall and luxury brand clothing and accessories for women. Store locations in Boulder and Denver, plus a warehouse with discounted apparel. Consignments are accepted seven days a week. Freshly laundered. Lightly worn. Almost perfect. It doesn’t have to be new to be perfect.
